2022 Admission

This course seeks to introduce students to the field of global environmental history. It entails a critical engagement with the various aspects, approaches and thoughts in the field with a clear balance between theoretical readings, empirical case studies and methodologies. It will also enable students to make inquiries into various questions surrounding modernization, development, environmental and climate change from a historical standpoint.
